This magazine cover follows the typical conventions of a magazine front cover, it has a main image- where she is giving a direct mode of address and it is a medium shot, so we can see her facial expressions clearly and what she is wearing. For the font colours I decided to stick with the 'winter' theme I had going on...I kept with the colours of white and blue because the connotations of those colours are winter. I stuck with the same tagline for each of my magazine to keep with consistancy.I also had the same cover line on the front of my magazines 'Read your opinion! Real Students! Real Life!' I stuck with this because then my audience will recognise my magazine and will know which one it is. I also included some incentives on my magazine cover to entice my readers and to make them want to find out more about my magazine. I also included a barcode and a small website address so then my audience could find out more about my magazine if they wanted to. If I was going to improve upon this magazine cover I would have manipulated the image abit more to make it more wintery and to make the image look more professional.
